The Lebanese Center for Policy Studies is recruiting researchers with at least 3 years of experience and hold an MA degree in the fields of economics, political science, public policy and development.
Founded in 1989, the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies is an independently managed, non-partisan, non-profit, non-governmental think tank whose mission is to produce and advocate policies that improve governance in Lebanon and the Arab region. LCPS’ current research agenda focuses on: Improving political representation, strengthening decentralization, supporting policies to create jobs, empowering youth, assessing the vulnerability of refugees, and promoting security sector reform.
Researchers must be familiar with quantitative and qualitative research techniques including statistical analysis, administering surveys, conducting focus groups and interviews. The researcher should also have a proven record of research, data-collection and analysis and publication. Candidates have to be fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
